Scandinavian Potato Salad
8 medium - Red Bliss potatoes, skins on
2 tsp - Salt
2 - Red onions, sliced thin
2 cup - Sour cream
4 Tbls - Fresh dill weed, snipped
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook potatoes in salted water until done.
Should be a little on the firm side, do not overcook.
Drain and cool potatoes.
Mix potatoes with all other ingredients in large bowl, tossing gently.
Chill until ready to serve.
