6 - Idaho potatoes
16 ounce carton - Sour cream
10½ ounce can - Cream of Chicken Soup (condensed)
Salt & freshly ground Pepper
Cheddar cheese, grated
½ stick - Butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cover bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan with melted butter.
Boil potatoes in jackets until tender.
Cool and grate into large bowl.
Combine soup, sour cream salt and pepper until well blended.
Pour over grated potatoes, mix well.
Place in baking pan.
Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
Bake 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with scallions.
