Mashed Potato Salad
- 4 - Potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 3/4 cup - Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbls - Vinegar
- 1½ tsp - Celery salt
- 1/3 cup - Sweet pickle, chopped
- 1/4 cup - Celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup - Onion, chopped
- 4 - Hard boiled eggs, chopped
Stir all ingredients together while potatoes are hot.
Chill before serving.
Can be molded in cups if desired.
