Irish Potato Pudding
- 6 medium - Potatoes
- 1 cup - Butter
- 2 cups - Sugar
- 6 - Eggs
- 2 cups - Sweet milk
- 1 teaspoon - Salt
Boil the potatoes, mash finely & add the margarine, sugar & eggs, beating well.
Put in the sweet milk & stir well.
Pour the mixture into a well greased baking pan & cook slowly, stirring occasionally until done.
Usually takes an hour at 325° to 350°.
