Grilled Sour Cream Potatoes
Place potatoes in center of 14" square of heavy duty foil.
- 1½ cups - Potatoes, sliced thin or into sticks
- 1 tablespoon - Butter
- 1 cup - Sour cream
- 1 packet - Dry onion soup mix
- ¼ cup - Light cream or milk
Spread with butter.
Blend remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.
Close foil and fold into secure package.
Grill over flame at medium heat 25 to 35 minutes until done, turning occasionally.
