Golden Parmesan Potatoes
Peel potatoes and cut into wedges or quarters.
- 6 large - Potatoes (about 3 pounds)
- 1/4 cup - Flour
- 1/4 cup - Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3/4 teaspoon - Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon - Pepper
- 1/3 cup - Butter or margarine, melted
Combine flour, cheese, salt & pepper in a plastic bag.
Moisten potatoes and shake a few at a time in the bag, coating well with water.
Pour melted butter in a 9" x 13" baking pan.
Place potatoes in a single layer.
Bake at 375° for 1 hour turning once during baking time.
