Dill Potatoes
- 3 medium - Potatoes
- 2 - Hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 tablespoons - Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons - Sour cream
- 2 tablespoons - Green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons - Parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon - Dillweed
- ½ teaspoon - Pepper
Boil potatoes until tender; dice, set aside.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, onions, parsley, dill weed & pepper.
Toss with hot potatoes & eggs.
Serve hot.
