Russian Potatoes

4 large - Potatoes, cubed 1"
1 medium - Onion, chopped
¼ pound - Butter
Water
2 cup - Sour cream
Salt, to taste
Paprika, for garnish
Parsley, for garnish


Put potatoes in skillet with onions and butter.
Cover with water.
Cook until water evaporates and potatoes are tender.
Add sour cream, heat through.

Put in serving dish.
Add salt to taste and garnish.
